1. How do I register on www.thebloomstudio.in?

By clicking on Register on the top of the homepage, a new window will open where you will be asked for some details to set up your account. 

2. Is registration mandatory to make a purchase?

We recommend you to register in order to track your order and get all the necessary details related to your account. You also have the option of adding products to your cart and opting for Guest Checkout by entering your email address. 

3. Forgot your password?

Resetting a forgotten password is easy. Click on Login at the top of the page. A new page will open where a Forgot Password link will appear. Click on it to generate a new password that will be sent to your registered email address. 

4. How do I login to www.thebloomstudio.in?

Click on Login at the top of the page. A new page will open, and you will be asked to enter your email address and password. 

5. What is My Account?

My Account is where you can edit your account information, find details of your order history and other information related to your account. 

6. How can I get an invoice for my purchase?

After your order has been confirmed, an invoice will be sent to the email address that you provided when making a purchase. 

7. How will I know if my order has been successfully placed?

Within 24 hours of your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email from www.thebloomstudio.in You can also login to My Account to check the status of your order. 

8. How do I check the current status of my orders?

Login to My Account and click on the Order History link to see the status of your purchases. 

9. How do I use a Coupon Code?

When checking out and proceeding to pay, you will be prompted to enter a Coupon Code to avail a discount on your purchase. Only one Coupon Code can be used per order. 

10. Does a Coupon Code expire?

Yes, every Coupon Code issued has a validity period beyond which it cannot be redeemed. 

11. What are the Terms & Conditions that apply to a Coupon Code?

A Coupon Code cannot be combined with any other promotional or discount offer. We do not process refunds for a Coupon Code. The validity of a Coupon Code cannot be extended under any circumstances. You may need to Login to your account to use some coupon codes. 

12. Is my payment information secure?

We do not save any of your payment information. All transactions are done via a Reserve Bank of India (RBI) recognized payment gateway called RazorPay, which is SSL-secured so as to provide the utmost security to customers. For more details on RazorPayclick here. 

13. What are the different modes of payment that I can use?

We accept payment through Credit/Debit Cards, Net banking and Cash on Delivery (COD). 

14. My payment details were rejected/not authorized. What does that mean?

Your payment details can be rejected due to incorrect information being entered, mismatching of the shipping and billing address or non-availability of funds in your account. In such cases, please contact your bank or credit card company directly. 

15. How will I know when my order is shipped?

As soon as you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us within 24 hours along with all the details of your purchase along with the shipping details and a tracking number. We work with trusted courier partners like Delhivery and BlueDart to ensure timely and insured deliveries. 

16. When should I expect my shipment to be delivered?

Your order will be processed within 24 hours after which most courier companies usually take 2-5 business days within India and 3 to 7 days outside of India for delivery.  

17. Can we reschedule the delivery date?

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, you can contact the courier service to reschedule the delivery or arrange for a pickup from their nearest branch. 

18. How much do you charge for shipping on domestic orders (Across India)?

We offer free shipping on prepaid domestic orders across India.  

19. Do you offer international shipping?

Don’t worry about your location as you purchase your favourite article and other ethnic wear with us. We offer international shipping as well and will ensure that your product reaches you safely. 

20. How much do you charge for shipping on international orders (Outside India)?

We charge shipping for all International Orders based on the location, weight of the product. Our team will connect with you for all international orders. 

21. Can I change the address to which I want products to be delivered?

No, you cannot change the delivery address once the order is placed. 

22. Can I cancel my order?

No, we do not offer order cancellations. 

23. Can I return an order?

We currently do not accept returns or offer cash refunds for a purchase. Howeverin case of any issues write us at care@thebloomstudio.in. 

24. Under what circumstances can I exchange an item?

Our team makes it sure that there is no defect in your order. 

We have a dedicated Team for quality check, recheck for any defects prior to packaging and dispatching.  

Under no circumstance we can exchange stitched articles. Please do re-check your size properly before ordering. 
Unstitched articles can be exchanged in case the item you have received is wrong product or in case of any manufacturing defects.  

All you need to do is connect with our team at care@thebloomstudio.in and call +91-73240-74240 and submit the Product Exchange request within 24 hours of receiving your order. 

Important Note: 

In the event, you receive an incorrect or defected product, please provide a video of the unboxing process within 24 working hours of delivery. Such claims submitted without video proof will not be processed. 

Once the returned item is received and passes our quality check, we will send you a confirmation email and refund will be issued in 7 working days. 

25. What can I exchange an item for?

After you submit the Product Exchange Request, we will assess your exchange request. Once it is approved, we can credit TBS Cash Points to your account or initiate a refundTBS Cash points can be redeemed against any future product purchase on www.thebloomstudio.in by The Bloom Studio by Rhea. 

26. How can I return the product?

To return incorrect or defected product, kindly submit the Product Exchange/Return Request within 24 hours of receiving your order. Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to send the item back to us. All items must be returned through registered airmail/courier and must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged by you. Items returned must be in their original packaging with their original tags and barcodes intact. You are also required to retain a copy of the purchase invoice to make a refund. 

Return Guidelines: 

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original, undamaged condition. 
  1. All original product tags must remain intact. 

 

  • How many days does it take to process refund? 

Once we receive the items returned by you, we will process the refund within 14 business days. 

 

  • In case of a return, who will pay the return shipping charges? 

The cost of shipping any item back to The Bloom Studio will be borne by the customer. The Bloom Studio does not take responsibility of any damage that may happen to the goods during transit. 

27. Can I exchange an item purchased online in The Bloom Studio’s retail store?

Sorry, our retail stores cannot exchange or accept returns for products purchased online on www.thebloomstudio.in. 

28. What fabric do you use?

At TBS, we work exclusively with premium and high-quality fabrics.  

29. How do I wash and care for my products?

We recommend dry cleaning to preserve the fabric, intricate threads, and embroidery. 

Most of the fabrics used for our formal products are delicate and need special care. This includes printed, embroidered and embellished fabrics. As a result, there may be slight variations in color, texture and finish.  

We recommend Dry Clean only to retain the overall quality of the fabric and avoid any damage. 

30. Can the color of the fabric bleed?

As we use industrial dyes for some of our products, there may be a possibility that the color of some fabrics may bleed. However, if you DryClean the product, there will be no bleeding of the fabric. 

31. Do you stitch customized outfits?

We do not offer customized tailoring but plan to introduce this service shortly.
